According to the documentation, the main support mechanism is through e-mail at [email protected], which is obviously either dead or not monitored. A phone call to e-signal got me the current e-mail address, which is [email protected]. That address does work, but it took 19 days to get a response (at least for me, the only time I used it).
That leaves this forum. You may want to browse the forum, and check how long it takes to get a solution.
