I see there are threads with no answers and if I send and email to the API support it takes 2 weeks to get a response.

Due in large part to eSignal's overall success, we've seen a significant increase in interest for our development tools. That interest has resulted in many more inquiries. The inquiries are often quite complex and take longer to research and answer than typical technical support questions.
To handle this increase in volume, we recently created a new Developer Support Team and expanded the staff. We're still getting the staff up to speed so you can expect to see far better response times and Forum support in the near future.
