Installed Ver 7 9 1; now no price quote data on my proprietary application.
Esignal price quote data is my source for both my Equis Metastock and my OVTS proprietary trading application.
Four days ago I upgraded to the new 7 9 1 Version.
Metastock accepts and displays the esignal quotes as expected...but... I now get no price quote data to come up on my OVTS application.
My programmer states, "My initial guess is that the Signal API has changed from the earlier version to the 7.9.1. If that is indeed the case (which might be confirmed by the tech guys from e-Signal), then it might require a couple of tweaks to the OVTS in order to connect to the new Signal API. ".
He's awaiting confirmation on this. What steps should he take to make the proper connection so that I can return to trading? I am unable to trade without that Esignal quote data connection.
