ActiveX & direct Data Manager access

Hello Everybody,

I need to know if I can use the Desktop API to access the Data Manager (winros.exe) directly to access tick-level data. In other words, I do not need (or want) the eSignal charting application to be running concurrently with my charting app.

Before I pay the developer fees, I need to find out if this is possible.

I've heard that Ensign Windows can operate this way.

If this can't be done, are there other API options?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated,

The Desktop API can't talk directly to the Data Manager. The Standard API can, but is generally only available to commercial developers. For more information regarding it, you will need to contact eSignal directly.
