What values are available?

Hi
I , myself, am not a programmer and will be meeting with a programmer and will ask a couple of trading strategies developed.

However, I need to find out where i can get certain data. Does subscription to API enable us to get :

1) Intraday indicator Values on different symbols. For example current value of MACD on a 15 min chart

2) Values like Previous day high's or low's, Week high's or lows, Month high or Month low?

The desktop API only gives you T&S and basic quote data (bid, ask, last, vol, and size). You cannot get values for any custom indicators or studies.
