Is there a way I can use the API to retreive CMO information. E.G. Type (Interest Only, etc.)

The eSignal Desktop API is a very basic API and provides a very limited subset of the data that the eSignal Application can provide.
The eSignal Desktop API only provides basic quotes and historical data. It doesn't provide fundamental data, market depth data, or the Greeks for example.
Interest only does not appear to be available via the eSignal Desktop API either.
