EFS Software Integration-URGENT

I have developed an EFS script for Forex trading that is currently working with E-signal. I am also developing a stand alone software product that will allow multi-users and it will generate buy and sell signals based on my EFS script. (Green for Buy, Red for sell or some typical signal generator). My question is, does E-signal provide an API for just the data feed so that I don't have to require my customers to purchase a full E-signal subscription in addition to purchasing my software? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
