without ordering the Activex interface?

I get the report none connection of Esignal V 791.4.

I would like which ones retrieve hirstorische data to programme a tool for me.
I need a suitable interface for it.

FWIW the eSignal Plugin is for use only with TradeStation 2000i to download historical data from the eSignal servers directly into that application. HyperTools instead is a tool that converts data from a variety of formats to the OMZ or XPO formats required by TradeStation 4 or TradeStation 2000i respectively.
