Getting timestamps on real time quotes

I am using the active esignal desktop api. Is there a way that I can get the time when the trade occured along with the real time quote. I want to be able to account for network delays.

To obtain the time when a trade happened via the Desktop API, you will have to extract the dttime from IESignal.TimeSalesData of the time&sales functionality.
