Not all the computers running my software have eSignal installed. Is there a function I can run when my software starts to check if eSignal is installed?

The eSignal Desktop API doesn't have such function to check for eSignal's presence. However, in your code, you can check to see if the directory c:\Program File\eSignal exists or not. You should also check for the presence of winsig.exe, winros.exe and dbcapi.dll in that folder. If these are missing, eSignal will not start correctly.
