Programmically inserting data into a quote list

I would like to know if it is possible to programmitically insert data into a Quote window. I am attempting to avoid having to copy and paste every morning when I get into the office. I want the symbols to be placed in the application.

This would allow a seamless interface between my VB.net app and ESignal.

Any ideas?

You could use the Dynamic Quote File function of the Quote Window.
