Do the esignal API have MarketDepth function like IB ?

I have got the Document of the esignal API,But I didn't find the function of geting market Depth.

I want to use the esignal API to place the order which used IB Account with out Opening IB Appplication.
Is that possible?

The eSignal Desktop API does not support retrieval of market depth data. As for placing trades with an IB account, the IB application needs to be present.
