API examples not working!

Hello, I just bought the desktop api but the examples do not work.

The example below for example throws an error that it can not find the reference IESignal with CLSID {9C7CCB46-E9E8-4DDD-9784-4458877C2F10}

Desktop API - Brokerage Integration SDK

How do I obtain that reference?
