Volume data problem

If i used to fetch stock data from esignal for some previous date, it gives different data at different times. For example, if i fetch IBM data between 11:00 to 16:00 for 2nd october, every time it gives me differant volumes which differ from each other by 500-5000 shares. Please try it at your end and verify that whether it is a ESignal bug or numebrs may change on later days also?

Are you requesting historical intraday bars?
What time zone are you in when you refer to 11:00 to 6:00?
Can you tell us the exact API function call you make and arguments you passed to it?
