Faulty esignal data

How come esignal has faulty data? I've looked at one symbol and its missing about 12 minutes of time sales data compared to other data providers?

I've tried to see if its just the desktop api, but its also the same in eSignal platform, it appears as if esignal did not get data from the exchange at that time.

Has anyone had similar experiences?

Can you elaborate on what symbol does this pertain to and also which timeframe does this happen? Please also let us know which time zone you are in.
