historical intraday data 10 years back

I spoke to E-Signal tech support over the phone and they told me that, they do have historical intraday data, going back 10 years. I need to be able to access it. What should I do?

I tried playing with changing the number of bars in the history request, but it did not work: the function call returns at most around 6-months worth of intraday data.

My understanding is that Tick (intraday) Data goes back 10 days rather than 10 years. 10 years would be cool but I suspect someone misspoke.
