Is there sample code for drawing charts with flash from data I get from e signal?

Could you please elaborate more on your question. Depending on how you are receiving the eSignal data is going to take us in to different directions with the answer.
The proper answer would be no, there is no simple code to create charts. But depending on if you trying to do some custom type of Technical Analysis Charting with in the eSignal Applications you can use EFS (Java Script) to accomplish this.
If your idea is to create a Charting applications using the eSignal Data you would have to have the eSignal API and as a Developer you would then code your applications to create the charts with that data.
