I am not receiving about 50-out-of-1000 history requests. The 50 or so omissions are random throughout the entire list. Only if I close down the instance of IESignal.Hooks and reopen it can I get the items missed during the first pass.
Does anyone have any thoughts on why flushing the eSignal connection works?
I have a throttle in place that spools the history requests at a variable speed depending on traffic. I've played around with the speed of this to no effect. Regardless of the throttling, I get the same number of omissions.
Finally, there are some securities that appear to occur often on the omission's list. E.g., YHOO. But, on the restart, it comes in.
