cant find any event that notifies the release of a handle

hi, i'm developing a C#.net application to get bars data from eSignal, once my data is done transferring, and I release handle i want to notify the user of this release of handle so but i cannot find any event in the API that notifies that release of handle; to me, i would appreciate if you can please guide me in that,

There is no such event as to indicate end of data set or release handle. Your application will need to keep track of how much data has been returned and determine when to notify user.
