IsHistoryready replacement

Hi,

As I have noticed it being mentioned before in this forum that IsHistoryReady doesn't work, so I tried other alternatives like wait until numbers of bars received counter keeps increasing. But that doesn't seem to do the job, either. There is an option of waiting for long time before exiting but that adds up to an extra wait even if all the bars has been received.
Is there any other way of acheiving this with precise accuracy?

IsHistoryReady is somewhat unfortunately named. It checks to see whether or not the data has already been requested and cached by the eSignal application. It does *not* indicate whether the data you requested has been returned. Simply handle the OnBarsReceived and OnBarsChanged events and you should retrieve all pertinent data.
