Does real time 1 second data work?

I have noticed that esignal doesn't seem to be adding bars as often as it should. I have requested 1 second data. I decided to print out the bardata time stamp and my computers time stamp.

As you can see below it was updating the top bar 10:06:48 for 20 seconds !!!

What gives?
