Keep in mind that you won't be getting data via these samples unless your eSignal account is entitled with ActiveX Development Kit.

Can you please tell me what the difference is between the different APIs found in the following link, developer.esignal.com?

Desktop API
Control API
Standard API

We're looking to develop a multithreaded java application that will retrieve multi timeframe OHLOV data from esignal server, preferably without going through esignal desktop.

Another question is, is there a cost differential between these API either in initiation fee and monthly fee.
