bar history from before 2000 in SignalBook.xls

Hi,

I'm trying to get historical data using SignalBook.xls.

To this end, I changed the nNumBars variable (line 94) from 20 to 6000.

However, for reason I don't understand, when asking for history of a given stock or Forex, only data from year 2000 is given.

The same stock, on eSignal application gives much older data (1991 for IBM, for example).

How can I fix this?

We are unable to reproduce the issue for IBM using the SignalBook.xls. Did you only alter the nNumBar variable? What other changes did you make? We only officially support 10 years of historical daily bar, so you will need to set SignalBook.xls to 3650.

OK, it works fine today.

I guess I had to restart the application.
