Out of Memory and Runtime Exception

Hi,

When I request historical time and sales data for more than ten days eSignal(winsig.exe) raise out of memory or runtime exception and then crashes.
System running eSignal is running Vista with 4 gb RAM.
Is there anyway I can split the 20 days download request into 2 days request each by specifying start and end dates?

Or

Can I retrieve the data from eSignal cache, while it's downloading data, and empty some memory by writing the data to file?

The time&sales functionality does not offer a way to specify a start date and end date. You may only request up to 10 days of historical time&sales (tick by tick) data. See KB article here:
