Hi I try to develop an options tool for idem derivatives market. My hope is to receive in a visual studio application the options chain for idem options.

Esignal support told me that no options chain can receive by desktop api applications. What kind of service I could use to download options chain by symbol in my visual studio application?

That is correct. A full option chain cannot be retrieved from the Desktop API. You will need to enter individual options contract symbol in the Desktop API in order to receive real-time streaming updates.

To obtain the symbol for a particular contract, you will need to open an option chain window in the eSignal application.
