Can I send orders to Ameritrade from my program using eSignal Desktop API function?

Provided that you have the correct entitlements to use the Active X (Desktop API) you can go to the eSignal Active X FiesShare and check out the Broker Integration Documentation on what needed to trade from with eSignal using the Desktop API.
