Sending alert trigger to esignal from excel

Hi, I am trying to find a way to implement the following :

1) [status : done] Get selected prices to update in excel sheet.

2) [status : done] Process this data

3) [status : done] Generate a buy/sell signal with my processing code

4) [status : to do] Send a buy/sell signal to esignal

I have no idea how to do point 4. Can anyone please point me to the right documentation that could help me doing this ?
