Documentation - Missing Appendices

I printed the documentation and the Appendices are not found. The Table of Contents has Missing Bookmarks for them. Please advise if this is my downloaded file or the original eSignal file.

Both Tables 2-1 through 2-3 and Figures 3-1 thourgh 3-3 seem to come up fine when linked from the Table of Contents. I see no Appendices section or any missing bookmarks. You may want to try to download the documentation again.
