It is a good day to ask some questions

To work with ActiveX, you must be running eSignal 7.4 or greater and have the "eSignal Desktop API with ActiveX Technology" add-on service active on your account.

I can't find, how can I add this service?


When I run demo-applications from

I can't Get entitlements. my status always "NOT ENTITLED". Can anybody tell me what I do wrongly?

Sorry for the confusion, before you'll be able to use the samples on the Active X FileShare you must first purchase and be granted permission to use the API. You can have the API added to your service by contacting your Sales Representative.
