I need to get historical data via
eSignal.RequestHistory("MSFT","1",btDAYS,500,-1,-1)
Request 500 days of 1-minute data.

However, I can only get the data from 2011-02-09.

this is why?

120 days of standard intraday history is what most eSignal users are entitled for. For user that need more we our Extended History. This KB article explains the two type of Historical Data eSignal has. The type of request show in this post would required the extended history entitlement. You can be add Extended History to your account through Account Maintenance or by contacting Customer Support via phone or LiveRep.
