I need help in connecting to the ActiveX control in my Delphi application

I have been contracted to develop an application to access the live data coming in from eSignal. I haven't been able to find any documentation that covers how to open a connection to the eSignal ActiveX control.

Can anyone point me to the documentation that covers this or give me a summary of which file contains the control and the syntax and class/method names available.
