Where are the C++ Sample downloads?

I am starting a new C++ project from scratch. I would like to download the C++ samples for the API before I start. Can you direct me to those downloads.

I have eSignal Premier and the API activated for myself and my software users.

Yes these are all the sample that we have for the Desktop API.
