after hours streaming data simulator?

Hi, I did some searching but did not find anything related. I was wondering if there is an after hours data streaming simulator so that I can use to develop and test against after market hours. Suggestions?

There is a third party developement environment you can access. The data is a loop of old streamiing data for testing the real-time request only.

The environment does required special routing entitlement so we would need the Username with the Active X Developer entitlement so that we add it to the Connection servers.
