  • Macro To Export CSV data for a list of symbols

    Hello!
I wonder if Esignal allows to construct a macro that could export a number of the symbols from inside the porgramm itself (it could be all open charts for example) - without the need to export the CSV data manually from each chart?
    Thanks!

    Hi Dima,

We do offer an API that allows you to collect raw data, which you can then format as needed. Please contact developer support here:

So that we can assess your needs and whether the Desktop API is appropriate for your project, please include the following in your message:

    1) A detailed description of the application you will be developing
    2) Specific details on the type of data you will be collecting (e.g. stocks, futures, streaming data, historical data, etc.)
    3) If you will need historical data, what intervals will you collect (tick bars, one-minute, daily, etc), and for what length of time (10 days? 30 days?)
    4) Will this application will be for your own personal use, or will it be distributed? (Distributed means that more than one person will use it on more than one PC, or that it will run on a server with end users connecting to it.)
    5) If it will be distributed, will each end user run an instance of the eSignal Data Manager? If not, please describe your distribution model.
    6) What programming language will you be using?
    7) In which IDE will you be developing?

Is there a method to export the account manager window to a .csv file from within an EFS? Please respond.
