Extended download not available for some CME fee waiver symbols

Using Matlab, I can download extended min. by min. data for "XRB #F=1". However neither "HO #F=1" nor "SI #F=1" will download more than 4 mo. of data. I have the CME fee waiver enabled for all these symbols, some of which work and some don't. Is there some signal that eSignal needs to change?
