Accessing eSignal data feed from external application

Hi guys,
I am trying to access esignal data feed from my Java program. Basically I am trying to create a screener and was wondering if there is any way I can access the esignal data manager. I know third party tools like Ninja Trader does it and was wondering if its possible for me to do the same.
