I'm tring to use the Desktop API to do a symbol link. I have a AXQ entitlement.
Nothing Works.
When Check IHooks.IsEntitled it returns 0
Anythoughts?

Same problems here. Calling GetCurrentLinkingSymbol returns a symbol that I don't have linked anywhere within the main eSignal application, and when I change symbols in the main app, OnSymbolChanged never gets called. Even the demo app doesn't work. I've tried using every "link colour" available, but no difference.
Presumably this is because when 7.4 came out, nobody updated the API to take into account multiple symbol linking?
