Active-X support for multiple Apps?

Are there any limitations on having multiple apps access eSignal simultaneously through Active-X?

I have developed several "mini-Apps" that pull data from eSignal for their own analysis. When I run these applications at the same time, I frequently see:

1) eSignal crashes
2) eSignal stops returning historical data for one or more of the apps.

Any comments and/or tips (and anyone's similar experiences) would be greatly appreciated.

There's no hard-set limitations for the use of multiple Active-X apps at one time, but we haven't tested for it either (read... it's an unsupported feature.) There certainly could be something causing those crashes from within the API itself. Also, logistical issues could easily arise from the use of multiple instances of the eSignal object.
