charting OCX or API

I am looking for a good third-party charting control (OCX or DLL) that will support most of stock charting needs.

We know eSignal provide very reliable real-time data.
I also need a product to plot beautiful stock charts.

Does any one happen to know, or can recommend a good product of this charting functionality ?
