Time & Sales data problem

Hi, i have a problem with requesting time & sales data.
The program only requests data for 1 day back regardless of how many days I specify in the TimeSalesFilter data structure. Also from eSignal app. version 75(628) some instruments like
, "ET H4-DT" ans so on, do not return continous time & sales data, within the application. Also i am testing my program in a weekend day, if that makes a difference.
Does anyone have any clue about this ??
