WE WANT SPEED NOT SPACE, optimal getquote

I looked into the activex declaration of the basicquote structure and found out it is declared as packed, meaning that it is not aligned in memory, but values are appended one after another without alignment.

Why such a choice? it will only slow down everything and the structure is so small that we don't care about space.

I need ultimate perf in my appli...
