CME Mkt Depth API Sample problem

Hi,
I am using eSignal 7.5 SDK. The problem I am facing is in connecting to the eSignal CME/CBOT mkt depth server. ON my account I do have authorization to get data from the CME mkt depth. But for some reason I cann't connect to the Mkt Depth server through the Sample application which is provided in the eSignal data feed API - SDK package. THe connection fails and the error it prints on the botton of the CME Mkt Depth tab is "SHUTDOWN".
Does anybody else has this problem? I am sure I have mkt depth data authorized as I can get them through the eSignal Client.

I believe this has to do with the Standard or Control API, and not the Desktop API (ActiveX) with which this forum was intended. As there is a NDA involved with the Standard and Control API's all support questions are handled through the following email, [email protected].
