Me and my college got new clients today. We want to develop an API in Visualbasic.Net, what do we need to download?

Technically, you don't need to download anything since the ActiveX control is installed as part of the main eSignal client application. You probably will want to grab the developer reference though, if you haven't already. You can get it from the file sharing site:
You also need to make sure you have added support for the ActiveX Desktop API to your account via the Account Maintenance page.
BTW, I am assuming you are refering to the ActiveX Desktop API and not the Standard or (C++) Control API.
