Correct ActiveX Support Info?

I've tried sending email to [email protected] and [email protected] and have not yet received a reply. As far as I can tell the turbotech address is not correct. I've waited all day for a reply. Is there a 24 hour turn around for activex support?

I need to get a hold of the standard and control sdk documentation.

I sent an e-mail to "[email protected]" last night, but you must not have received it. Yes, my goal is to provide at least a 24 hour turnaround time for questions that cannot be answered on the forum.

I included some text on the differences between the APIs in the e-mail I sent.
