Method SetBrokerName not working

Dear sirs,
we are using the eSignal Desktop API in order to control the eSignal platform from an external trading application and to receive order signals.
It works fine but we still have a problem: the methods SetBrokerName, AddBrokerCategory, AddBrokerCategoryRow,
AddBrokerTradeMenuCommand, AddBrokerContextMenuCommand somethimes (at the moment, only on a single windows NT worstation...) don't work...
Have you any suggestion for solving this problem?

I hope this helps. I know that some developers have successfully developed using those functions, so please respond with specific error messages and the functionality you are trying to perform.
