using Esignal Data with Neuroshell4.x

I understand that I need to have the active X turned on so neuroshell can access Esignal data? can anyone tell me how to do this or how to get data to neuroshell?
they referred me to Esignal for help,

I know nothing about neuroshell or its needs, but if you need to turn on the Desktop API ActiveX support, then you can do that from the Account Maintenance web page. You would want to look for the "Third Party ActiveX User Access" option and turn it on.

If you need more info than that, you may want to call eSignal or use their online chat for more help. Or, try posting in eSignal 7.x forum which gets more readers.
