Where are these documents located?

eSignal Developer Reference, eSignal Desktop API Edition
eSignal Developer Reference, eSignal Control Edition Describes
eSignal Developer Reference, Standard eSignal API Edition

They are referenced in the eSignal Developer Reference.pdf file.

I particularly need the Control Edition I think.
