Loading past data

Is there an easy manner to load past data? Let's say I want to load data for YM on a 5m chart from the beginning of July to present (August 4th). By default, approx. a week of past data is loaded immediately. The only way I know to load all the data to that time, July 1st, is to continually scroll from left to right, dragging the chart back in time. Is there a quicker manner to achieve the same result?
