Back testing and tick replay

Hello,

I have been told that you can not do tick replays for FOREX. I am trying to back test a formula that involves time delay and I can do it with the bar replay but it is not as accurate as if I did it with a tick replay. I was hoping that somebody may have done with before and would have some ideas?
