finding 3 down days in a raw

how can i find out of a populations of 100 stocks and to get a list of stocks which answer to his:
c(3)>c(2)>c(1)
the close of 1 day ago is lower than the c of 2 days ago
and
the c of 2 days ago is lower than the c of 3 days ago
